GSF 18th Biennial National Conference: If you are not steadfast in prayer, you will be steadfast in digging your grave- Evang. (Dr.) Usenu

By Oluwafemi Dosu

The Assistant General Overseer of The Gospel Faith Mission International, Evangelist (Dr.) R.O Usenu has stated that anyone who is not steadfast in prayer will be steadfast in digging his/her grave.

Usenu made this statement yesterday at the ongoing 18th Biennial National Conference of Gofamint Students Fellowship, GSF.

The clergy who was ministering on the topic In ‘The Days of Thy Power’ recalled that for the disciple to enter into the days of his power there was fire purification, saying if there’s any time for anyone to enter into the days of his power it is now. He further explained that the essence of entering into the days of His power is to fulfill destiny and every unconquered and unconfessed sin will hinder you from entering into the days of His power.

Usenu further disclosed that people who are saved, speak in tongues but still fall and rise in sin do so because they still have the grave cloth on them like Lazarus who has life but the grave cloth was still on him, adding that before you can enter into the days of his power, you must be purged and purified by the power of the Holy Spirit.

“In the days of His power you pray willingly, if you are not steadfast in prayer, you will be steadfast in digging your grave! In the days of His power believers will willingly confess their sins not minding what criticism they will face from people. In the days of His power, generation of God shall become generation of WALL- 2Cor 11:3, Song of Solomon 8:8-9. In the days of His power, the finish chapter will be the finest chapter. Without the Holy Spirit you will fail,” he concluded.
